Jacob's Ladder was created in 1991 specifically for gifted children who have an extraordinary ability to excel academically but come from situations that make it difficult for them to succeed or reach their full-potential. \r\n\r\nJacob's Ladder is a five year, year round, highly structured academic and life-skill, mentoring and advocacy program with a 4-6 week summer residential program.
